Each attendee grants the organizers and anyone working on their behalf permission to video record and/or photograph the attendee and, if a presenter, his/her presentation at the conference, and to publish the photos or videos on the conference social media channels and/or on the conference website pages, during and after the conference. Attendees who wish to withdraw consent in this regard, can do so by signing the permission rescind form for video/photo publication permission at the time of collecting the registration material at the registration desk of the conference.

Please Note:

  1. Students can avail of only one of the above options.
  2. When reserving one of the above options, you automatically agree to the event Terms & Conditions. To request a copy of our Terms & Conditions please contact paula@boxmedia.ie
  3. For all student registrations – please be aware proof of student status will be requested.
  4. Delegate/Student registration fee includes: (where applicable):
    • Refreshments on the day/days.
    • Event catalogue.
    • Post event access to presentations (where approval supplied by speaker).
    • Event Souvenir.
  5. REFUNDS: Where we have received an official cancellation request, we can provide refunds as follows:
    • 9 months prior to event: 75% refund provided.
    • 6 months from the event 65% refund provided.
    • 3 months from the event 50% provided.
  6. For accompanying person accommodation/ events/ tours/ travels/ airport transfers, please contact our travel partner – soon to be announced.
  7. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
  8. In relation to all elements of the event (Workshop Day, Gemba Walks & Conference Days), there are limitations on the numbers we can accommodate and as such we will follow a 1st come 1st served basis.
  9.
